I'm going down to Florida in a few weeks and am looking for some suggestions on things to shoot. I'll be in the Orlando area and primarily looking for nature, landscape, or animal/wildlife although I'm open to other suggestions as well.

I hope I didn't miss you. You should head to the Canaveral National Seashore (just north of Cape Canaveral) great wildlife! It's about one and a half hours east of Orlando.

Just got back from there. The coolest most diverse wildlife is definitely the birds. There are lakes everywhere and hence birds. Once you get outside of the orlando area, youll be in "central florida", which is really the stereotypical south - lots of material if you're into shooting that kind of stuff

Thanks for the info! I was looking at going to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge as well. I believe that's near the Carnaveral National Seashore. And also Moss Park. Sanibel Island looked good too but unfortunately that seems a little too far from Orlando :(

You can also canoe the Wekiwa River, in a northern suburb of Orlando. Love your pics and that park/river would fit in well with your work.
If your going to Merritt Island, you might as well come to the beach, we are only 15 minutes past there :)

**note, if you go to the beach at the national seashore, the northern end is a nude beach**
