Hi All,
Am thinking of buying a lot in Rome, Maine near Long Pond, which is part of the Belgrade Lakes region of 7 lakes. Cannot afford anything in my area (NH) but cannot get there (Maine) anytime soon so wondering if anyone here knows anything about the area? It's supposed to be very pretty with really nice lakes, although fairly remote (about an hour from Augusta). Thought maybe someone may have vacationed there or lives near there - any info appreciated!!
