These would be printed by EZPrints. The base price on them is $11.95 each.
What size is that, and are you binding it or is it a stack/set of loose photos? Looks great, of course. Your design skills are improving too.
Each page of the calendar is 8.5"x11" and it is wire bound by the vendor. So when the calendar is displayed, there is an 8.5x11 print at the top, then the wire binding, and then an 8.5x11 calendar page below it... here is an example photo that someone posted...
12 bucks? Wow that's a great price! I tried to get such calendar of my own pics once, but got some really freaking prices so I had to give up
If you're only making one or a few then you can make a nice calendar on your home printer and take it to Kinkos for binding. It's something like $4.50 for binding, drilling, and two clear covers.
John, what steps did you take to make this happen (other than select 12 photos!)?
And how long did it take?

There are actually 14 images when you count the front and back cover... I just had to upload them and associate all of them with my presentation image (the front cover). It took me about an hour or so not counting the upload time. I reprocessed the images so they would all have the same tone and it took about 10 mins to create the front and back covers.

I would suggest you go to the DPC prints store and they have dealines for the holidays depending on the type of shipping. Since they deal through EZPrints the deadlines should be the same.
On another note... Can someone tell me if the new DPCPrints will have the calendar option??

If you deal directly with the printer, you should have no trouble.
