I though it would be a harder challenge to score and comment but lines that actually lead you stand out pretty obviously. Some lead you straight out of the picture before you have seen half of it, others lead to nowhere and some are in fact the main subject of the photograph (self-referring leading lines). And all of the above, I think meet the challenge. Some increase their value by actually leading you to a subject of interest, but frankly a compositional concept from the 16th century can bear now and then a little dust off. |
