It loks good so far, and I strongly agree, those light switches need to be photoshopped out, just a small thing, but pretty damn distracting, lol.

It looks alright at the moment but the first thing that hits me is that the text is so big. I think smaller would look more professional, or if you want it bigger, make it part of an image. Also, the baby photo looks really strange. Is there any reason why its cut out in a funny shape with black all in odd places?

The page it self (baby) is part of the "template page" from the hosting site. This is very temporary, the domain was created yesterday. I will change all that and make everything mine. Thank for the tips and suggestions, keep 'em coming!

One more for the moment, I would make your email address clickable by using a link to mailto:simon@simonhoule.com so that people don't have to copy/paste it into their email program.

The only problem with this is that if you don't have Outlook setup properly, it can look like you sent a message that never went anywhere.
(Thus I don't link mine - I make sure people put it in the address to send me). :)
It might take a while before it becomes "open". I still have a lot of research to do, mostly copyright issues (not to mention how to build a web site! "Existence precedes essense"). I will not only publish some of my pictures, but also some of my short stories (in french, sorry!)
