How do I convert my tiff files to jpeg?

load them in photoshop.. re-save as highest quality jpeg?

Almost any photo editing program will allow you to open a tiff and save it as a jpeg. There are also programs that will do batch conversions if you have a lot of photos to convert, ACDSee will do this for example. How many photos are you looking to convert?
