The former Blue Ribbon in the September Free Study has been DQ'd because the image area was extended during editing: extra sky was added at the top of the image.
Unfortunately, the recent Blue Ribbon was DQ'd for failing to provide an original image file. Congratulations to the new HM and Ribbon winners that moved up!
