Continually Bumped from Sign In - DPChallenge Forums

Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II

Why am I continually being bumped out of the sign in? I have checked the 2 boxes to keep me signed in - I can’t even move from one section to another once I have signed in without having to resign in yet again!!! It never did this before … why now? iPhone using Firefox via Google (been using this for a few years now - so no new changes)

I may be wrong, but I wonder if something keeps deleting your cookies.

I'll bet a dollar that an "update" to one of the highlighted services is "responsible" ...

FWIW I never check the boxes on the login page and can navigate without problems until I specifically use the "log out" link above the menu, but I'm always on a desktop model, not a phone.

I tried to highlight "Firefox via Google" in quoting your post -- they are my #1 suspects.

Also, I forgot that I (like everyone) get timed-out after 30 or so minutes of inactivity.

I don't get timed out. At least not where I need to log in. Just picks up from where I was.

Which version of the FireFox app are you using? What iOS version do you have installed? I'm using the latest FF 128.3 on iOS 17.5.1 and it's not deleting my cookies/logging me out, so I'd recommend you update to those if you're behind.

I just tried to do my update on my iso - (we’re traveling) - but I’m 17.1 something - not sure about Firefox - but this has been going on for a couple months now.
