Hey everyone, my fiance and I are getting married in August of '05. I was wondering if there was anyone you guys knew that did good pics. We live south of Portland, Ore. about 90 miles. Any help would be great guys!
I can recommend a photographer who did my wife's friends wedding. According to them, they were more than satisfied with the results. I do not know him directly but he dose good classic work at an average price.
Hey everyone! As the days drag on ever so slowly towards the big day, we are starting to look more seriously towards photographers. How much weight do you put on someone's photographing ability when looking at their website? Here is one we are considering. We haven't got their prices yet, but will soon. Thanks for the input!!
If you are that far south of Portland, have you checked out Eugene and such? I think the photographer that was hired to do my shoot some years ago for a magazine was out of Eugene (I live on the southern OR coast), and he was quite good and easy to work with. I'm not sure about wedding photographers, though. Good luck with this.
Sounds like you're in the area where I grew up. Bowman Photography did excellent work for my (and some of my friends) high school senior portraits. Comparing them to photos friends had done at other studios, I thought they were by far the best. The other place that a lot of people had senior portraits done was Ball Studio, but I didn't think the shots were as nice. Bowman also did portraits of my brother and I when we were young that were really good. The woman who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. They're on 3rd St. in Corvallis. I have no idea if they do weddings though.
