Hi! I am new to dpChallenge, and I have a question about spot editing. I have noticed alot of color enhancing (black and white with one item colored). Is this not considered spot editing? I'd just love to know for future reference. Thanks!

this is done by desaturating all other colors but the one left by the photographer. it can be done in photoshop and is allowed
