FWIW the way they are showing (meta-title and title) is the way all images display in an old version of Firefox which is incompatible with newer protocols for secure connections, so it's possible the hosting company has updated something ...
You might try different browsers, logging out and back in, forced-refresh, etc.... and submit an Administrative ticket. :-)

All fixed. The certificate was inadvertently not included in the certbot automatic renewal process. It's all Greek to me but the Boss says it so it must be true :-)
