The political threads DID stop for a few days after the US election. However we seem to be getting a number of political threads again.

Let me define the problem as I see it:

If people WANT to read about politics they can go to a political forum.. The counter argument being, what, something like this??

'I'm interested in political subject X'
'Subject X is SO important OTHER people should be interested in it'
'I'll post about subject X in a completely different forum because I think people should read about it'
