also, we need to find a way to encourage constructive criticism... the average vote per commenter is usually higher than than overall vote.. I would like to see this the other way around.. if the average vote per commenter was lower than any other average, that might mean people are taking the time to give advice to the photos that need them the most. as it stands now, it seems the higher rated photos are getting most of the comments, when they don;t need the help as much... or the praise either... the score will reflect all the praise in the world... I think this trend might also show that people are afriad to say anything negative... and probably because they don;t want to hurt the photographers feelings... maybe if there was a way for the commenters to chose to be anonymous they might be more willing to give honest advice to the photos most in need...
