Hey people, I just want to ask if it's ok to turn ON the red eye reduction while taking a shot with flash or without flash at DAY/NIGHT? If turned ON, does it have any effect on the shot?

It will have no effect if you don't use flash. If using flash it will have less effect in the daylight than at night or indoors.
