Being as I have not traveled out of this country I am assuming any item, artwork depicting another country would be sufficient?? I also am confused.

The description would indicate that. "Submit a photograph that represents a country OTHER than the one in which you currently reside."

I think the key word is "represents" here.

I entered the Canada challenge a while ago... Be creative!
