So I'm messing around with my camera and tripod a bit a few minutes ago in my bedroom. Then I decide to go over to the window and see how far I can zoom.
So what happens when you have 7 foot ceilings, a camera mounted on top of a 65 inch tripod and you try to move that assembly over to the window and you have to clear a 24-inch fan sitting on the floor? About 5 inches of negative clearance.
No damage, just a scratch ontop of the flash (not the flash itself, but the part that flips up)...but I was mighty p*ssed off when I did that. :-/
