I noticed during my voting that a bunch of people did what looks like a picture converted to black and white except for the yellow parts. I am curious how this was done without spot editing? It would have been a lot better if only one person did this, by the end of my voting I found that so many people had done this same thing that it had gotten really old. Even so, I still would like to know how it was done.
