I've noticed that the higher the average vote from users without the camera the better a picture does (with some exceptions of course); makes me a bit sad, but that's life :)
Ummm, I don't want to start a fuss here... But are you all saying that only people that own cameras are capable of appreciating and judging good photography? I don't paint, but I enjoy a good painting... I'm not much of a musician, but I love music...
Not that I disagree with you myqyl, but one would think that to pay $20 to become a member, is because one would want to participate with your own art. Non-members can critique in the members challenges.
Is it not also possible that people have simply not listed their camera? Not that I've noticed a shot that appears to be by someone without a camera though ...
