Some political statement... using the faces of dead military members who have given their life for their country. Most of them probably supported Bush and were proud to be over in Iraq. I am assuming you were never in the military, so you probably wouldn't understand why that picture urkes me so much.
Even if you disagree with the statement then why incite violence against the creator of the image? Do you think that's justified? Wouldn't you think that soldiers died in Iraq believing they were fighting for the rights of all American citizens to free speech?
Bottom line is that the artist used their images to make a statement...Bush used their lives in more nefarious ways that resulted in them losing their lives.
No, I have never been in the military but I'll bet there would be many families of fallen military heros of Iraq that would embrace this image. There may be some that don't, as well.

I disagree the lives and resources were, as you say, "wasted". Only time will tell but if you can go by history, it is the right thing to do.

I didn't really mean for people to go out there and beat him... and I would be willing to bet that most of the families wouldn't embrace that image.
I usually don't participate in these political rants, but that image really hit a nerve with me. I don't think I'm going to post anymore about this, but before I stop I want to know if you've ever spoken with anyone who has served over in Iraq? Being a former Marine and still working for the Marine Corps I have had the chance to speak with many who have been there and back and everyone I have spoken with said going over there was the best thing we could have ever done for those people and most Iraqis are very happy we are there and even more so when the news cameras aren't around. So, you can watch your news channels with all their political agendas or you can take the time to talk to someone who has been there and learn the real story. Sure, Bush has his issues, but he hasn't been responsible for any "wasted" lives. The only "wasted" lives in Iraq are the ones that were taken for no good reason by a tyrannical leader and his regime before we got over there.
