I can't remember... do the new changes allow you to extend the canvas? I've rotated a shot, and I have a completely white, tiny corner that doesn't exist. Can I clone that in from the background to extend the canvas? Or is that still illegal?

But simple rotating isn't perspective correction.
True, in the narrowest interpretation. I cannot imagine anyone getting DQ'd because of that though. It's clear that the spirit of the rule is that small area fills are allowed when the need is created by image transforms.

But you cannot simply add canvas and fill it in because you didn't originally leave enough space at the sides or top or something, right? I know that's not what Wendy is talking about, but it's just come up in my group, so I thought I'd double check.
