Pitty you can't download an original, when this account closes you lose the image on your profile page.
I'm not a very active member, but I do keep up with the site and try to vote on the images whenever I can. Can someone teach me how to put the yellow thumbnail on my profile page? I've never put anything on there before. Thanks.
Go to the photo you want to put on your Profile. Make note of the number at the end of the browser address.
Hover your mouse over "My HOme" (above right)
Select "My Preferences"
Go "Bio" On the left and while in the text box, select the button above the text box that looks like two squares. When a new window pops up, put the number of the photo in that box and press Enter.
Press the "Save" button (lower right) and you're finished!
Posting on your profile page is controlled by clicking on the My Preferences menu choice in the My Home menu in the blue menu bar near the top of the DPC pages. Along the left hand side you will find a box called "bio." That is where you can enter text about yourself. You can also post thumbnails of images on DPC. For your voting ribbon, click on the correct ribbon at the start of this thread. That takes you to the full size ribbon image. In the address bar, you will see at the end of the url address an identifier number for the image. Copy that number. In your bio box, click the icon for adding a thumbnail image (third icon from left). When the dialog box opens, paste in the image ID. Then down at the bottom of the Preferences page click "Save."
