Tonight's just a reminder of why I'm still here (even though I think I just got trolled... :P)

I had a marvelous time getting back to my first loves and my roots recently. It was so nice to revisit them.

And now I'm editing a photo for Emmet what's-his-face. It's a photo I never would have taken. It's a photo I wouldn't have appreciated 9 years ago. And I'm loving the shot!

So as I'm working in photoshop thinking "cool, cool, cool!" I had to swing by and say Thanks DPC!

Yup. I didn't care for Emmet much at all. But I love my shot anyway. I'm just better than he is. :P

I love this site too. Couldn't find anyone wanting to show their bits for this challenge and his style is very ..... odd shall we say.
Could maybe shoehorn one. Hmmmmmmm .... will have to make a decision on that.

I have a box of photos my mother took during the early 50s that could match his photos, especially the one with my sister's and I playing outside in a galvanized metal tub filled with water.
