The former Blue Ribbon image in Motion Panning V has been disqualified for failure to provide an original in a timely manner. Congratulations to our new ribboner and HM!

I see Russ had an entry after almost 11+ years and that too was a Ribbon. I would request SC to notify him one more time just in case if he has not seen the email because of holiday season. Please.

We have contacted him twice, including directly by email, and he is not responding. I wanted to be sure the new ribbon and HM would get at least a day in the sun. If he DOES contact us later with a halfway decent excuse we'll deal with that then, but the rules are quite clear :-(
