So many people buying digital SLR's since the price has came down on entry level models. So few people who are willing to take it off Auto. I hit up a few old friends that are getting into Photography and am telling them about the sight. Word of mouth has to be the name of the game!!!

Curiously, we have a hole-in-the-wall taqueria in Hyannis where they actually serve Beef Tongue Tacos, among others. Seats maybe 12 people. Mi Pueblo, it is...
Just one beer? It's going to take a truck load of beer to get me to eat a beef tongue taco. [Shudder]

Years ago I brought home a lengua burrito and shared it with the kids. They raved about it. But they damn near killed me when I told them what it was, LOL.
Seriously, there is no more tender beef than a slow-braised beef tongue. It rocks.
