I cant seem to find the thread that someone started a few months ago with a lot of good free image editors. I searched the forums, but maybe Im searching wrong or something.

The GIMP
is the editor I use.

)
Once you get used to its interface, it's a fabulous editor. The only features I am really eager to get though are adjustment layers and 16-bit color.

I think GIMP is too complicated for the person I am getting the links for.
Looking for an easy to use program for someone with some PC skills
