I don't know what's "most effective", and I suppose it depends on the specific entry, but there's no longer a one-pass restriction on resizing and there never WAS one on sharpening... The one restriction is that you have to use a GLOBAL sharpening tool, not one that targets specific areas. So you can't use selections, you can't mask, and you can't use a sharpening tool tuned to specific image densities (highlights, midtones, shadows etc). |
