The former Blue Ribbon in the "Off Color" challenge has been DQ'd because the photographer had not noticed the Minimal ruleset and applied color adjustments and vignetting to the submitted image. Congrats to our new ribboner and HM (which happens to be me in this case :-)

That stinks. Sorry to say I did the same thing ... recently ;-(
