ROFL... had to read that twice, and realized the challenge it's for!
Even if you're full screen, you may not have 1200 px high, and so the image may turn out being resized. What screen resolution are you running?
ETA: I can tell you this, I've had folks notice a very tiny sharpening halo that I was unaware of because of the (4k) monitor I was editing on, so IMO they *will* notice!
