A little over a year ago I'd had some discussions with a DPCer who managed a hotel in the Fjords of Norway. Now I've forgotten his user-name and can't seem to relocate it. Anyone know to whom I'm ref erring? Thanks!

That's the thing of it; I'd THOUGHT they were PMs but I haven't been able to locate them. I have many thousands of them and I don't remember a key to search with. All I know is we'll be GOING to Bergen next fall to catch a boat back to America via Iceland, Greenland, etc, and we hope we can spend some time before in his hotel :-(

That sounds like a really nice trip! We have Norway and Iceland both on our bucket lists. Is it a cruise back? Link to any organized trip info?

We traveled on Viking Star's maiden voyage, from Istanbul to Barcelona, a year and a half ago, and loved it. No climbing walls, no water slides, no casino, no rococo decor, just clean modern Scandinavian design and thoughtful public spaces.

I sent him a PM :-) Being an ex-chef myself, he just got onto my "want to meet" list. As would be any Norwegian or other DPCer who can be where we are in early September, comes to that.
