For those who need to change from daylight savings time to standard time ("fall back" one hour), remember to change your camera clock too. Of course, your Internet connected phone cameras probably made the adjustment automatically. But my other cameras don't. Some vehicle clocks (also easy to forget) are connected enough to do it automatically too (but not mine).
Why this twice annual time change persists is a social science project waiting to be done, and perhaps worthy of an entire separate discussion. I've seen a number of recent news articles debunking the supposed advantages.
Now if I can just find the nearly microscopic printed instruction booklet to once again learn the obscure multiple button sequence required to get my wristwatch realigned with the rest of the world. (Yes, I still have one of those.) |
