I will be spending a week in Manitou Springs next June. Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are on my agenda. Anybody have suggestions for other places to shoot in that area?
Limestone Canyon near Cave of the Winds is beautiful. You'll be about 230 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, which is spectacular, but that may be too far out of your way?

Air Force Academy
Mt. Evans (opens to the top in June)(Better wildlife photography than Pike's Peak.)
