I'm looking for a good model release form for Alberta/Canada that would cover me for usage of model(s) for advertising purposes. (Business cards, website). Anyone know where I can get them for (preferably) free or at least at a very reasonable cost if not?

There are actually some apps for your phone that work really well. They're mostly free or really cheap.
