I know this has been brought up before, but could we have email notification of comments ? Perhaps with a preferences option, but
I personally would like to be notified of any comments I get after the close of the challenge - otherwise most of the time I find them weeks or months later.
Perhaps just an option that says
- all comments mailed to me
- all comments after voting closed mailed to me
- no comments mailed.
I've found that the new comments section under the profile is helpful for this. Comments are sorted by date, so if you click on your comments received, you'll see your most recently recieved comments first. I check there periodically for new comments on old images.

That's a useful tip (I just found some more new comments that I hadn't seen that way) But, I have 46 pages of comments and usually get another page or so each week.
Perhaps a good option would just be another database query on that page to show only comments added after close of voting and sort them by date. It wouldn't seem to be too much to add ? Feel free to ignore me if it is :)

That's not exactly a problem us plebians have :P.
Just change the number of comments per page. You could always set it to like one per page and have an outrageous number of pages of comments!!!!
Why not just have them show up on your page [5 most recent comments received] so that you don't have to get them e-mailed and/or look at the old ones sorted.
