You're right, Marion
The sky isn't interesting enough in your entry to take so much space. If it was my picture I'd have applied the PS Adjustments > Shadows/Highlights (about 25%) to bring more detail to both the house area and the sky

Marion -- the Carousel House is an interesting structure, but I think your outtake might have scored better in the Landscape challenge.
