Hi, i am a beginner in photography and i am having trouble in softbox, we have 2 softbox and only one softbox is flashing using RF-DD4 wireless flash trigger. thanks

Do you have the non-firing head set to slave?

The softbox is the modifier. You must have it attached to a light of some sort?
