sent you a pm. a few more additional thoughts:
always ask the prospective client, or yourself, why would they consider you? if you don't already have an established reputation for the work in question, what would make them think you are worth the risk? unless they are planning on paying you WAY WAY WAY under the market rates, and consequently don't feel they are really risking anything...
along these lines, do you have sufficient time to master the learning curve necessary to deliver the goods? you don't want to start building your reputation by creating one that immediately needs repairing.
