So I'm trying upload photos from a phone and I get the message: unable to upload, file extension error. They are jpg's that I've played with in snapsreed, tried reducing them but that doesn't work either. I did the same thing a while back with an ipad and had no problems whatsoever. I'm using an iPhone, any ideas would be great ?
Second, I experienced the same thing. My uploading methodology is pretty ridiculous - allow photos to sync to the cloud, then upload from laptop. I don't really understand why either. Looking forward to more information on this!
