Lightroom may be better versed to images alone set to music, with transitions limited to crossfades (not sure how it works with video interspersed). Photoshop has more options and allows for the combination and transitioning of multiple photo with video, but there's more manual intervention and time involved in getting up to speed. Haven't used Premier Elements. You can always download a trial and check out video tutorials on YouTube to get a feel of ease of use. |
