I don't do a lot of this but as I have just started and the following issue has arisen so would appreciate your input.
I do a shoot, process the images and place online for the customer to view and select print products.
ATM I am only offering prints, canvas and metal
My 1st customer went to select a canvas and realised they would lose too much to the wrap. Now I realise there are a number of ways for me to fix this particular issue, but when I checked against other print products the software showed a different method of cropping for each.
So my question is how are you approaching this?
Just post versions that cater for the biggest crop?
Post different versions?
