Sorry Beetle, not an attempt to hijack your thread...but I had a really unusual request yesterday.
One of my clients comes from a close-knit family of 13 kids and one of her younger sibs is turning 50. They play a lot of practical jokes on each other on their birthdays - she told me of some pretty good ones! So she sent me a couple of pics asking me to put her brother's face on a pig's body, the resulting image of which will end up on his sheet birthday cake...which I did, although not terribly well. But I got the request around 3pm and had to get the image to her ASAP.

I used my usual trick of extracting the head, colour manipulation, then placing in over the pig's head and warping it a little. Would have loved to do some sort of blend where his hair meets the pig's, but just didn't have enough time.
Anyway she's delighted with the result and is sure her family will love it too, and that's what counts
