I agree with Colleen, but beyond that, do have some comments.
First, while I find those terms of use perhaps a bit overdone (but hey, I'm not making pay tutorials and don't have to worry about random people making the same video available for half the cost or free, so I can't say how rampant this is), she clearly agreed to a contract (terms of use) that she is now in violation of.
Second, I find it sorta lame in a general sense that she is offering a webinar that you have to pay for that tells you how to utilize another party's product. In other words, either she should contract with the creator of said actions for promo/earnings or she should actually create something. Frankly, if you're monetizing another party's creations, you're a businessperson, not a photographer, not a creative. Go back to marketing where you belong.
Oh, and a sidenote- breastfeeding mermaids is weird. Who the hell thought that was a good idea?
My personal perspective / philosophy is that I always share almost everything I know without much worry about what happens.
I figure if I'm doing a good enough job, I'll get by.
I hope to stay out of intellectual property disputes and the like as long as I'm on this planet. I have enough anxiety.
Also if I was selling videos and people were buying them, I'd imagine the people buying them wouldn't have my talent before or after.
It's like in Breaking Bad when Gus Fring kills the Victor for claiming he can cook meth and they don't need Walter White ... Gus know he needs the talents Walter has and just learning the general ropes doesn't mean sh!t.

Or can't hold cooking or carpentry classes, or tutor someone in French? Being overbroad and vague may well make the whole agreement unenforceable and void.

At least she isn't dressed as a mermaid to really put the cherry on top, fish out of water and all that.
Love the caption "Dream a little dream"...of you and your unborn child being crushed by oncoming traffic. Or maybe, she's so frustrated with carrying a child that she's collapsed on the pavement and is dreaming of no longer being pregnant. Lots of questions leaping from that caption, no answers from the photo.

This is an art peace that depicts that he left her on road with nothing but child. Story of her life.
first is that not everything you put on a contract or a deal is valid. If the contract terms are abusive even if a person does sign the contract (or bought the product under those abusive terms) the contract might not be valid.
Second,what the hell is a person tha tdoes payerd workshops, videos or othjer type of teaching/proctoring is thinking in limiting the students that goes to buy their product? Aren't they there in the first place to learn and do that? That is just plain stupid.
