Gym time, Cross Fit Engagement

This is soo awesome! Wish more photographers would do this and get involved in who the couples really are where they spend most of their time together instead of pretty sunsets and the boring poses.

I thought this was the best ones ever. Love stuff like this A few shots I wasn't too keen on but for the most of them just WOW

Custom shoots are always preferable :)

Not to sound like an old fuddy duddy but I'm not actually fond of this, or at least I think it's overdone. I can see a few of the shots in the session are fine but when they are all like that it makes it seem like their relationship/life is based on nothing else. And then before you know it you end up on awkwardfamilyphotos.com:

I like the idea of the custom shoot, but I can't say that I like too many of the images from the set. A few are nice, but too many look awkward and contrived. The numerous shots of handstands and the like with them kissing look rather forced and don't really show the romance you would expect out of an engagement shoot.

Of course, as long as the couple are happy, nothing else matters.
