I've been a member(for the most part) since 2006. I made the decision last year not to renew, but changed my mind. This year, when I expire, I'll close my account so I can't talk my way out of it. It's been fun, but like most phases in life, they come to an end when you grow tired of things.
I have had the countdown of how many days remaining nagging me from the corner of the home screen for a while now. It was time. I just re-upped this morning. Best $25 investment in photography I can think of.
9 days left, still undecided, funny how we always go through this decision phase. For me it is more about lack of time and or commitment of time to enter challenges, the site has been entertaining over the years and has helped me develope so hard decision coming up.

Maybe there should be an NRA challenge. It might go down as the lowest scored challenge of all times. The Anti-gun crowd here would have a field day voting entries down.
I remember that one gun challenge and people hated it.. while others loved it like myself.. not sure that will go over well again.. that was also the challenge that received much lower votes than normal just because of the hate for the subject..
