That is so cool, however I believe that adamjustice has violated the dpc artwork rule...? His photo is nothing without Shutterpug's!

Why does it give credit for the photo to: flickr:adamjustice?

yep, my photo was placed within someone else's photo. Not sure if the creator is on DPC or not, but if so they should have asked for my permission and be giving shared credit. Oh well. So long as they aren't making money off it

Hmmmm, couldn't find it, Linda. I'd also write to the photographer and tell him it would have been nice for him to credit you...

Of course, that is not the only one who took off with this photo...

looks like its been around and its kinda viral on other things too...

Made up posters and other things...

I was able to pull up a lot more other sites that had this same pic on it but with different captions..

All I did was right click on the picture and do a google search for like images..

If you have registered the image at the Copyright Office you (and your lawyer) could be making a lot of money off these infringements ...
