Where do you go to enable this option?

portfolio -> watermark options
Canon EOS-20D
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM

At the top... 4th icon button thing... "Watermark Options".

Or you can enable it on a particular photo from your Portfolio Manager (above where you manage your print).
