there is this battleship outside a place where we are having a conference and I have spent the past hour searching on the internet trying to identify what these flags represent.
Anyone can help me?

jack: a flag of nationality, often of different design and/or proportions than the ensign, flown from the bows of ships, especially warships and other government vessels; as a rule, the jack is only flown when the ship is moored or anchored and always in conjunction with the relevant ensign (see also Honor Jack, Union Jack).

Princess Royal (Princess Anne) is here at the moment for the 40th anniversary of the Independence. Princess Royal commemorated and visited the RAF memorial. Among the guests were representatives of the George Cross Island Association, the British Legion, the Royal Naval Officers Association, the Royal Marines Association, the Royal Naval Association, the Royal Fleet Association, the Merchant Navy Association and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. I guess the destroyer must be associated to this event. Also there is a military air-show this Sunday which might mean the ship is associated to this.
Sorry guys I am not posting a photo of the whole ship but I honestly don't know how legal that is.
