I know that feeling oh too well.

next wait is for the damn battery to charge up so might i suggest whoever was kind enough to inform you of its arrival also take the battery out and charge it for you so the wait is less

No hard copy included. That's a shame, I like to carry it in my bag. But, I found it online, so I read it on my ipad.
