Check the complete rules here but basically you can make any kind of border you want so long as you adhere to the other editing rules (selections, filters, image size, etc.) and DO NOT ADD other art, photos, text, etc.
How many borders are we allowed? Or should i say..how many border colors?
I've seen some nice borders lately in the challenges that i would like to learn how to do, all i can get are solid colors.
