OEM software is really cheap, I think it's probably legit.
I got office 2000 at a computer show when it was brand new OEM for $50 iirc. When the cd scratched MS wouldn't replace it, but everything worked until then.
I know it's a bargain. But .. why wouldn't you get support for a product that has a perfectly legal key and activation code? I smell a rat.

you might want to check out viosoftware - adobe . i have bought a ton of stuff from them over the years, and everything registers with the manufacturer, and end-support has come from the manufacturer (microsoft, corel, etc.) and if their prices make you shake your head in disbelief, call them during normal business hours and they'll be glad to help.

The site in question appears for several reasons mentioned in this thread to be a site selling illegally pirated or cracked software. For that reason, I would recommend not doing business with them, as you would not be receiving a valid license from Adobe to license or use the software.
For this reason, I have also removed the link from your original post. I want to make it clear that we are not in any way accusing you of doing anything wrong by posting it; we are removing the thread simply to avoid generating attention (and potential customers) for the site in question.
As mentioned previously, if you are using a licensed copy of Adobe Photoshop 7, you should qualify for a fully-licensed copy at the upgrade pricing ($189 at the site skiprow linked). It's worth the extra $89 in my opinion to have a legal and licensed copy, and support from Adobe should you need it.
