I got CC 2014 installed and noticed that CC 2014 is not listed in Creative Cloud subscription, it is asking for serial number otherwise trail version. Do anyone else see this?
I had to sign into my account, but it never asked for a serial number for Photoshop or LightRoom. It downloaded Illustrator and InDesign which were trial versions only.

It is not asking for CC or LR5 but asking for "CC 2014" a new software version that got installed yesterday.
Well, CC should still be there in the meanwhile, the CC 2014 download doesn't overwrite that. So you should have something to work with while you straighten it all out with the helpful "help" people :-)
I think issue is resolved. Not sure the reason what I did was in mac os x, I went to console and then open hosts file in vi editor remove some the extra spaces from the last few lines and saved. Reopen CC 2014 and it didn't ask for the serial number again. Strange but worked :)
